Update 7/2019. This place was so nice to live. I wish I were back there. I miss all the awesome people there!! This is such a nice community. It is so clean and neat and beautiful grounds. It is quiet and serene and living here is restful and relaxing. Maintenance is very prompt and friendly. The management does a great thing in providing so many diverse activities. Never knew being over 55 could be so enriching. Thanks to all here. Love it!

I moved to Coventry Cove Apartments in October 2005. I have been satisfied at all times. Yes, the rent goes up but other places does too. They have different activities, such as jewelry classes, card making, potlucks, and Bingo twice a week, but you only get what you put into it. The grounds, pool, and clubhouse are always clean. The girls in the office, Jennifer and Susan, are accommodating and things get done but not always as quickly as you want them to but they will get done.

Watch out when you move your loved one out!!! Nickel and dime to say the least! I am grateful that the LDS Branch was great to my mom, but management sucks!!! Maintenance was a joke when it came to moving out! Worst experience for my sisters who did the final walk through with him! Condescending jack ass is the nicest thing to say about him! Hope others don't get sucked into the expensive move out scheme they have going on! They really want it to be perfect! No normal wear and tear at all! Too bad, because my mom liked being there, just needed more care. That is why she moved. Residents were great!
