This senior appartment complex is clean has amazing management , lots of resident activities and happy are the people who live there . The owners of the property show appreciation to the residents and rarely do you see people move out . Love this enjoyable place . I need to now edit my review to 5+ stars . I have been going to CC FOR 3 years and I enjoy what I do there . I clean several times a week for residents who can no longer do this for themselves floors bathrooms etc I have 6 clients there and am treated like I am part of the CC FAMILY , even included in their Thanksgiving dinner made and served by the wonderful owner and his kids and grandkids wow . I never thought in a million years o could live there but my dream came true 🙏 I’m a new resident now and couldn’t be more happy . Coming from a 55+ residence with no events unhappy people with nothing to keep them active and healthy sitting inside a controlling manager who was always inkind never helpful & the halls are ghostly nobody sees or visits at all anymore . . It was so sad . I’m sooooo excited Thank you Lacie & Dave for all you do for me & that you wanted me as a resident there . I love my clients who are my friends it’s not even work it’s enjoyable helping them I love them all . . Thank you to the owner for a great residence ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Coventry Cove is a great property with an even better staff. I’ve known Dave and Lacie for a couple years now and they are both amongst the best property managers/maintenance supervisors I’ve met. The team here truly cares about you and/or your family’s needs, and provides a comfortable and social environment to live in.

I moved into Coventry Cove a year ago. I have been very pleased with the complex. This was a new experience for me having lived in my own home for over 30 years. Lacie and Dave have been absolutely wonderful to work with if you have any questions or issues they are handled immediately--plus the fact that they are always here with a smile on their face making everyone feel welcome. The apartments have a nice layout and are easy to navigate. We have access to garden boxes to plant and a wonderful dog park that is easy to access. Everyone here is friendly and makes you feel at home. There are multiple activities every day of the week for the residents to feel welcome and keep active at this time of our lives. I believe this is a great place to live and make new friends.

Lacie is one of the best managers I have ever had in all my years.Whenever I need anything she sees that it is done promptly. She goes beyond her duties to help me. She is there when I need a listening ear or when I need filling out forms. She even helped me do a resume once. She always greets me with a friendly smile. I hear others feel the same about her. She shows love for each of us. We feel like family here. She helps keep the atmosphere positive. The grounds are beautifully taken care of and inside the building is also beautiful. It’s a very peaceful atmosphere. She also has activities throughout the month that make it fun. I love living here at Coventry Cove. I am going on 15 years living here and I hope to live here another15 years or more.Thank you Lacie.
